Vanish Into The Air

Ohne Titel

I haven't officially fallen in love with any of the collections from New York Fashion Week yet, but I do normally need some time to properly digest everything. I also often find NYFW as a whole to be more about trends than design, and much of it feels like something I've seen done before.

NYFW to me serves as an inspiration for playing with clothes I already own. I'm currently experimenting with a lighter palette, so my eyes are drawn to anything head-to-toe white or light grey. My favourites so far are gathered in this post.

Thakoon

Lacoste

Frank Tell

BCBG Max Azria

  2. You are definitely right,
NYFW is all been done before. There are very few designers creating original work in NY.
I do like Thankoon though...and I really liked Marc Jacobs and Preen.
