Chanel Haute Couture Spring 2009 was almost all white, innocent and strewn with paper flowers. Over sixty different looks were shown on a mirrored runway. Did anybody speak of a recession?
While I'm normally a bigger fan of darker hues, the white here really won me over. Everything looks very Chanel and very exquisite. The paper headpieces works nicely with the understated make up, and the models all look pure and pretty. And of course I love the rather simple shoes.
