Food For Clothes
Normally, food as clothing looks gross, but I find these rather beautiful. Tomato, eggplant and bubble gum (!) by artist Sung Yeonju. More here.

Små Juveler
There will be some rather lazy posts around here for a few weeks, as I've got four exams coming up before Christmas, but I'll keep posting little things I find and enjoy from around the web. Today, I found these little gems from Topshop. Do want!

Everybody Put Your Glasses Up
Scorpio brooch by Giorgio Armani, SS2011
This post is rather short and self-sentric, as I'm currently busy celebrating the birth of somebody rather important to me; myself.
God, I'm getting old.

Pure
Clockwise from top: Calvin Klein / Emporio Armani / Michael Kors / Valentino / Chloé
I still want a small, boxy handbag, but after seeing these, I really want one in white. Perhaps not very practical, but who cares? I have a feeling the Chloé bag (furthest to the left) is going to be everywhere come spring.

Mission: Impossible
If you've followed this blog for a while, you know I'm a big fan of the bi-annual Accessory Report from style.com. This year, it is called the Accessories Index, and it's bigger than ever. With a total of 5140 items, it's a dream for somebody like me. The only problem is that I've been browsing accessories instead of studying for my exams, but there is still time for that.
Among the styles that caught my attention were these Givenchy shoes. They are all totally gorgeous, but so steep! Being a ballet dancer might be to your advantage if you want to be anything approaching comfortable while wearing these...

Waiting For Tonight
This is totally me right now; painting my lids and lashes black before an eventful night out. Hope all of you have a wonderful weekend!

Beetle vs Scarab
Not really sure why I like bug rings so much, as I normally find bugs kind of creepy. Nothing creepy about these rings; in fact, they're quite gorgeous.

All That She Wants
Two things I really liked from the David Koma show; the skirts and the shoes.
I'm fairly certain these wedges are by Alain Quilici.

Braided
I'm always unable to decide what I want to to with my hair. Fortunately, I never jump on the impulses I get to chop it all off, or dye it bright red, so I've still got a loooong mane of healthy, blonde locks. Problem is I'm totally bored with it right now, so I'm doing my best to find new ways to style it. This post is to remind myself to braid my hair more often; it looks really good, and doesn't have to be too difficult.

Galactica
Just one shoe today. I really, really like the shape and the rippled effect (print?) on this wedge from Raphael Young, via Fashionologie.

Zodiac
Virgo, Cancer, Scorpio, Capricorn, Libra, Taurus. Full editorial with all the twelve star signs here.
I'm always rooting for Norwegian models, and get really happy whenever they show up in the big magazines. Siri getting an editorial in the december issue of Vogue UK is great news, and it's such a pretty story as well. Very dreamy!

The Split
Stella McCartney
More from spring/summer 2011: Thigh-high double split skirts.
I feel like I shouldn't like this at all; it can look slightly tacky, it's rather risky and it's probably really hard to pull off if you're not a model. I (a girl on the short side, with plenty of thigh muscle) will probably never be able to look good in this style, but I love it anyway. That's what's great about fashion; a girl can always dream.
